HUGE Alligators & Crocodiles!
The HUGE Alligators and Crocs were my favorite part of the park. Its got great boardwalks to give everyone good views of the animals. A must-see for anyone who likes Alligators and Crocs, IMHO. A good value and fun for the whole family!

Fantastic half day attraction
This is a great way to spend half a day and with their latest additions it's becoming more of a whole day attraction. We had a great time seeing "the real Florida" here. There is a large lake with boardwalks over it that is filled with HUGE alligators and crocodiles. They have several different and very entertaining shows as well as a train ride, a very cool water play area for the kids, awesome photo ops, and you can even purchase hot dogs to feed the alligators. There is also a large breeding marsh swamp comlete with a huge observation tower and long boardwalk to walk and see the gators up close. They have other exhibits too-snakes, birds, a petting zoo, a bear, iguanas, and such. There is also a very peaceful boardwalk through a swamp walk (no gators or snakes in here though) that we really enjoyed and got some great pictures. Cost wise admission is great, about $20 for adults and a little less for kids (check for coupons about), and the food is lower priced than your average theme park. Fare is like cookout food but you can get gator nuggets too! Really fun park with GREAT employees. Not your typical theme park employees but a ton of fun and very friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable. Great Day!

Not bad if you have nothing too do
This is a good place for those who like reptiles. Me, personally I rather see fuzzy animals. But if you buy one ticket you get to go back for the rest

Must-See for Everyone! by Julie A. at InsiderPages
Gatorland is a long-time tourist attraction that should be seen by everyone--visitors and residents alike. They not only exhibit alligators and other animals, but they provide a lot of education about them and their native habitats.
Because they actually farm alligators, visitors can see gators from birth to full-grown, including photos of some sizeable record-holders. The Godwin family did Central Florida a great service with this venue, and it's a good place to see alligators up close and, if you're so inclined, to even taste gator meat or buy a gator souvenir (handbag or briefcase).
Prices are reasonable for the entertainment they provide. Convenient, accessible location with a fun gift shop and plenty of parking.
PROS: Educational, interesting, amazing CONS:

Family Fun by Anita W. at InsiderPages
This isn't your regular amusement park, there is no rides but lots of fun. Great place to see gators up close. My kids always have fun at Gatorland. They love the kids splash area, which is nice to cool off in the summer heat. They have a small petting zoo. The shows are fun. The annual pass is affordable. There are some neat things in the gift shop. Go early in the summer, it gets very hot during the day.

Go when you're bored by Anila Z. at InsiderPages
I went to Gatorland about 7 years ago when I first got married. We were bored one day and my sister was here visiting from canada and she wanted to see some gators. We had fun because it was a goofy day and the gators were fun to watch. I guess it could get a bit scary for kids, but mayber not. I'll try taking my girls there one day and see. It's a cute little place for when you have nothing to do. But make sure you go on a cooler day!

The Real Florida by Robin R. at InsiderPages
This is the best place to take out-of-town guests to give them a feel of old time Florida. And believe me, you can easily spend a whole day there. The kids absolutely love it. Looking at real gators really opens there eyes to the wonder of nature. We just never get there as much as we should. Highly recommend Gatorland as an original place to visit.

A Gator of a time by Andrea S. at InsiderPages
Gatorland is a great place for Family's my 10 year old son had so much fun feeding the alligators. He thought that it was the coolest. He also liked the bird room where he was able to get a bird to land on his hand. I got some great pictures.
PROS: The prices are GREAT CONS:

Gotta love Gators by Deb T. at InsiderPages
This place was so amazing. Gives you an entirely different perspective on these land/water dwelling animals. Shocked me to find out they're even farmed as a food source. Watching them jump for food was great. Walking around and seeing them in what appears to be the wild was awesome and made you feel like they could eat you. You see all the levels of growth. Don't miss this place it is fun. Be sure to take a picture with a live aligator, we get lots of comments about our shirt picture.
PROS: Unique and information. Who would've thought even a food source. CONS: Kinda far out, you really need a car cause cab fare is ridiculous.

Neat little attraction by Jennifer V. at InsiderPages
We were pleasantly surprised by this attraction on our recent trip to Orlando. The kids loved the fact that you entered through a giant alligator mouth. The shows were entertaining and ran frequently enough. We also liked that they frequently rescue alligators that would otherwise be killed for invading residential areas. It's a nice attraction if you have a couple of hours free from visiting some of the areas larger attractions.
