Union Park Animal Hospital

I worked at Union Park Animal Hospital for a very short time. Dr. Randolph is a psychotic and abusive woman. She treats her staff terribly, she screams at them, curses at them and calls them terrible names. She will fly off the handle at the slightest thing. I saw her scream and curse at a cat that got away from a technician during a procedure. She screamed and cursed at the cat like she wanted to kill it. It is very scary that this woman is allowed to be in contact with pets. Please, do not take you pet there.

My macaw was very sick. She couldnt breath from her nose. Dr. Randolph used all her expertise, sopke to specialists and tried all kinds of antibiotics. We finally found the cause - a bacteria that was resistant to almost every antibiotic. We cured her and now she is as healthy as ever!! She really went out of her way for my bird!

Dr. Randolph has been there for my two dogs for as long as they have been alive. She preformed a life saving surgery on my dog even though he was a senior at the time, and he is still alive a kicking thanks to her!!! I wouldn't trust any other vet with my pets!

UPAH is quite a drive for us, but our 3 cats and 1 dog deserve the best! They pay attention to detail and always give accurate medical advise. We once brought in a stray cat who was pregnant with dead kittens. The doctor saved her life and she is now a part of our family!

The staff and Dr Randolph are always caring and knowledgeable. I have cats, birds and a dog and all have had wonderful treatment. I had a dog that received an additional year of life and a seriously injured parrot who got the very best of care from Dr Randolph and her staff. Compasion and caring are this team's mantra.

I Don'T Know why I took my sick puppy to Union Park, About two years ago my other dog was sick so I took her to Dr Randolph she did a blotched the surgery and that night my poor dog was in excruciating pain and would have died if I had left her there over night. I took in the next day and she had to do the surgery again and charged me! I should of stop going to her then. But two years later my other 5 year old dog got sick and I took her in. After staying the night at the hospital the next morning the "Dr" called me to come pick up my brain dead dog to take to an emergency vet 30mins away and charged me $400.00 for thats night stay. Because she had a doctor's appt. to go to. Maybe she has to go talk to someone about all the animals that have died do to her negligents. Stay Away!!!

I take my pets to UPAH. Just recently, I rescued an injured duck from my pond and brought it to Back To Nature Wildlife Refuge. I was talking to teh lady there, and she told me that they also use Dr. Randolph. I was happy to know that she is that knowlegable about animals. Dr. R can work on any type of animal and that is an important quality I like in a vet. I am rescuing creatures all the time and to know that I can trust Dr. R with them is great news.

I have 2 bichons that I have been bringing there since they were puppies. I am always welcomed by everyone. They go out of their way to make sure my dogs are well taken care of. Even after the events back in 2007, they did not loose me as a client. I trust Dr. Randolph with my dog's lives. She has never done me wrong. I know what happened was one of the hardest times for Dr. R. I know that what happened was never intentional and they were just as devastated as the family it happened to. Anyway, I am behind UPAH 100%.

My experience with Dr. Randolph and staff was always professional. I had a sick bird who could not get over an illness. We tried antibiotic after antibiotic. Still she kept getting re-infected. Dr. R kept in touch with me about the case even when I couldnt be there at the office. She also was on the phone with every specialist she knew. She thought outside of the box and made a suggestion, to switch from a bowl for water to a waterbottle. IT WORKED!! My bird got healthy again and has been fine ever since. I have never had any problems with her or her staff. They are all great and caring people.

I brought my pet here for a general checkup. I was met by a seemingly disorganized and rather unpleasant staff. It was very unclean (hairballs on the exam table, as if they didn't clean for a few DAYS and the place had a HORRIBLE smell); overall, very unsanitary conditions. There are plenty of wonderful vets in the area. Steer clear from this one.
