NOT RECOMMENDED by Meg O. at InsiderPages
Terrible customer service. When I called the fist time I was transferred multiple times with no help in the end.Not to mention the long wait on the phone between needless transfers. In the end, they refused to see my 2-month old son b/c we live out of state.

Great Doctors!
My child has been a patient to PAO for 3yrs now and ALL the doctors are great ! The wait time some days are longer than other days but I know that the doctors give great quality care to each an every child that goes there. The same day sick appointments, evening and weekend appointments are also great for us working parents that can't get off of work. I have nothing to say but great things about this practice and I will recommend my friends to this practice!

Worst experience ever
My child was a patient at the facility until recently when I got a certified letter saying that they are terminating the relationship. We were at a loss as to what the reason could be. When I called them up I was told that the reason is that I went for a second opinion some four months back. I told them that this was unfair. I was entitled to a second opinion or for that matter a third opinion. This is my child we are talking about. I think it is rediculous and pathetic the way this practice work. In most instances I have seen doctors encouraging patients to seek second opinion. But here what they have done is shameful. I would not recommend anyone to this practice. And for that matter I would suggest whoever is a patient at this facility to look for another one.

Overgrown Practice
I used to rave about this group and they were once really great. Not sure if they've grown too big to care anymore or if healthcare in general has turned into a business rather than health-CARE. When my children were infants they were amazing, I never felt rushed. Now it's like a factory and we're just a another number. I recently had a serious concern for which I called to schedule an appointment, instead the nurse said she would have the doctor call me directly, but he never called. That was the last straw, I changed pediatricians.

Not the best
Maybe it was the doctor I had, but we basically lived there because we were coming there 2-3 times a week. Each visit was a misdiagnosis!! It was unreal. I had to change and go somewhere where I wasn't rushed and the doctors took the time to diagnos correctly

The Best Peds in the Area! by Marah F. at InsiderPages
This pediatric practice consists of 11 pediatricians and 2 Nurse Practitioners. They have two offices --one in downtown Orlando and one in Dr. Phillips. I have met most of the physicians and have been pleased with each of them. Dr. Andrew and Dr. Gordon are our favorites!! I've never had a problem getting in to be seen with a sick child and as long as you make your appointments in advance you will have no problem getting in with the doctor of your choice for regular checkups. You and your children will be very happy with this practice.
