I have been going to James and TechBay for over 5 years. James has always been nice and professional with me and my family. He fixes our computers in his store and also comes to our home to work on our wireless network and printers. He has always given us fair prices and works extra hard to make sure we are happy. James is the best computer and network engineer in all of Florida and TechBay is the best computer store in all of Florida, so give them a try. You will never go anywhere else.

Very simple Do NOT bring your business there. The owner James is very rude and will take your money with no warranty or guarantee for services rendered. This place is a rip off, I had a very bad experience their and would not suggest this place to even my worst enemy. Find a business registered with the BBB, this place by the way is not! Complete Rip Off!

TechBay is a great place. I discovered them by accident a few years ago when my motherboard died on me. James, the owner is friendly and knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. I won't let anyone else handle my tech stuff now. If you need a fix, new computer, web design or anything else geek related this is the place to go!
