Prograde Landscaping not so professional
I contracted ProGrade Landscaping to re-sod and landscape my yard as well as install an irrigation system. The initial service was fine, but after the sod started dying a month after it was installed, I had my concerns. When ProGrade was contacted about replacing the sod per the guarantee in the contract, they refused to do it. They wanted to invoice me a second time for new sod to be installed eventhough I was still within my warranty time period. To date, I have not heard back from the company representative and have had to file a BBB complaint and have also contacted a consumer reporter with the local news station. I only hope they can help get this resolved as I paid almost $1000 for a yard that is dead again.
