Local Favorite
I had heard too much hype before going to Houston's. The food was good, but it wasn't out of this world. But the Service, Atmosphere & Ambiance is like none other.

Great food!
Houston's in Winter Park Florida has always been a favorite of mine. The food is great and the service is good most of the time. I usually order one of their tasty burgers and fries and on special occasions I'll order some of their mouth-watering barbecued baby-back "fall of the bone" ribs. Some great appetizers to look for are the spinach artichoke dip and chips and the smoked salmon which comes with crackers and tartar sauce.
The entrees and appetizers are pricey but it's worth it. My only complaints is that it's often very crowded and you have to wait a while to be seated. The service is usually good but once in a while your food takes longer then usual to get to you.
In conclusion, Houston's is a wonderful restaurant and is perfect for dates and other special occasions (such as birthdays).

Old time favorite
I had not eaten at Houstons in awhile and went there again two weeks ago. I was so pleasantly surprised that it was as good as I remembered the last time. The food and service is always great and they have the BEST atmosphere on Lake Killarney; very romantic!

Best Porkchops
This restaurant has the best porkchops in town. the location on the lake is fabulous. I just wish there were a couple more locations

Very nice chain restaurant food.
Have always enjoyed the food (burgers, salads, sandwiches, etc.) Service is usually very good. Can eat in Rest. or bar area.

3 words... No corkage Fee!
This place was great, from the service to the food. But the best part is they don't have a corkage fee, so you can bring your favorite wine to dinner.. and keep your bill down.

Great atmostphere and great food!
I love sitting outside here- the last time we sat on the patio (full menu) available outside- it was raining on the lake and the view was so awesome. I don't know if it made the food better but dinner was sooo good. I had the fish sandwich, also ordered was the hamburger, the rib dinner. It was all so good.

Beautiful Outdoor Dining
The best view in town is to go there and watch the susnset while dining and sipping your favorite adult beverage on the patio. Food is good though it can get loud in the dining room.

Best ambience in Orlando!
Great service in a very casual atmosphere. The food is always tastey and never is cooked and or prepared differently. Consistent taste! Prompt service on weekends tend to be slow for seating and food! Price is worth the taste and quality of food.
